Meet Our Team

Executive Director: Guy Lisella

 

Guy began working with the institute in 2011. With more than 20 years of experience in the field of rehabilitation and more than 15 in executive-level management, Guy continues to improve the operations, outreach and growth of the Institute.

 

Guy is a graduate of Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing. Guy has continued his education through the Andersen School of Management at the University of New Mexico and intensive study in Malcolm Baldridge performance excellence criteria.

 

Guy is transitioning to a new role that focuses on the strategic integration of the Institute’s educational, operational and research activities. 

 

When not working, Guy spends as much time as he can skiing or hiking in the Southern Rockies near Santa Fe. 

    

 

Director of Operations: Charlotte Witt

 

Charlotte is a part of the management team and oversees the administrative operations. She works to improve the institute’s efficiency so we can better fulfill our mission. Charlotte also manages and organizes workshops in the northeast and southeast United States.

 

Charlotte is a graduate from Santa Fe Community College with an AA in Business Administration and Accounting; and is in the process of obtaining a BBA in Management from New Mexico Highlands University.

 

 

Director of Clinical Education: Amy Clark

 

Amy is the Director of Clinical Education for the PROMPT Institute and a treatment clinician at Children’s Minnesota with over 20 years of direct clinical practice experience.  She manages the clinical education program at the PROMPT Institute. She has extensive experience working with children with developmental delays, motor speech disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and language disorders in a variety of settings. She is a member of the Apraxia Kids Professional Advisory Council.  In addition, she is a nationally recognized speaker on subjects related to motor speech disorders, connecting with caregivers, communicating with colleagues, supervision, and PROMPT. Amy obtained her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.  She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) and is licensed in the state of Minnesota. She is also a Certified Crucial Conversations Trainer.  She became a PROMPT Instructor in 2008. Amy has a special interest in motor speech disorders and PROMPT.  PROMPT is an integral part of her daily practice and allows her to help a wide variety of patients reach their full potential.

 

 

E-Learning and Systems Specialist: Rachel Fredell

 

As the E-Learning and Systems Specialist for the PROMPT Institute, Rachel is responsible for leading the technical strategy of The PROMPT Institute in order to meet the needs of the diverse participants in our learning program around the world.  She collaborates with subject matter experts to develop interactive learning solutions and training modules for participants that produce learning outcomes and develop targeted skills among learners. She manages technical support for new products/upgrades and trains staff on new hardware or software. Rachel is also the territory manager for Latin America and Australia. Contact Rachel for any questions about accessing online courses, or if you would like to set up a workshop in Latin America, Spain or Australia. Rachel speaks English and Spanish.

 

Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of New Mexico.

 

Education Manager: Nicole Silva

 

As our ASHA CE Administrator, Nicole is the person charged with overseeing the continuing education program at PROMPT and ensuring that ASHA Continuing Education Board requirements and procedures are followed. As the liaison and contact person between PROMPT and the ASHA CEB she can provide participants with information regarding ASHA CEU eligibility, reporting and records. She manages Practicum and Certification Projects and is also the Territory Manager for Canada and the North, Mid, Western and Southwestern states in the US. 

 

Nicole is a proud native of Santa Fe, NM and is grateful to have the opportunity to contribute to fulfilling PROMPT’s mission across the world from her hometown. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of New Mexico.

 

Art Director: Brianne Janes

 

Brianne is in charge of helping PROMPT maintain and improve its branding through visual communications in our manuals (which are all being updated), website, email messaging, print advertising, convention display and other design collateral. She also is the lead designer on the Online Course production team

 

Brianne has been in the marketing and design industry as a graphic design and art director since 1999 and graduated with an Associates of Science in Visual Communications and Fine Art from the Art Institute in Colorado, Denver. 

 

In her spare time, she loves to paint. Brianne paints oil landscapes of the beautiful southwest.

 

Communications Manager: Lisa Cantrup

 

Lisa oversees all internal and external communications, ensuring our messaging is consistent, clear, and engaging. She writes Website content, social media messaging, advertising, press/media content, and handles other various communication efforts for PROMPT. She can assist if you have questions about any of those areas

 

Lisa has over 10 years of marketing and communications experience in the corporate world and is a published author. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Denver University and a Master of Science in Technical Communications from Colorado State University.  Lisa has two young wild children, 11 chickens, and 1 cat that keeps her running when she’s not at PROMPT. 

 

Accountant: Lisa Gurule

 

Lisa oversees financial operations and related communications for PROMPT Institute. She is also a territory manager for workshops in Asia, Middle East, and Europe.

 

Lisa is a graduate from Santa Fe Community College with an AA in Business Administration and Accounting; New Mexico Highlands University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Finance.

 

When Lisa is not working, she is spending time with her family, trying to keep everyone on schedule and in the summer-time they enjoy the outdoors; camping and fishing on the weekends.

 

 

Administrative Assistant: Andrea Mendoza

 

Andrea M. helps with inquiries that come in from SLP’s or parents about PROMPT. She handles Customer Service and helps with tasks such as adding certificates into a profile or managing details of workshops. Andrea can help with any questions about accessing profiles, navigating or questions about information on the Website, or are in need of any customer service. Andrea speaks Spanish and English

 

She has an Associates in Fine Arts and a pug that is her muse!

 

 

Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant: Andrea Garcia

 

Andrea G. assists with the accounting and customer service. She can help with registering participants who need to pay with a purchase order and is able to help with customer service-related questions

 

Andrea graduated from The University of New Mexico with a BS in Biology and a BA in Spanish. Andrea has been in the customer service industry for 9 years and has a passion for helping people. She enjoys all outdoor activities, particularly those where she can bring her dog along.

 

Intern: Devon Mann

 

Devon is an intern with PROMPT who helps on a variety of projects. He especially enjoys creating new content for the PROMPT website and working with Spanish instructors and hosts for PROMPT workshops


Devon majored in Cognitive Science and Linguistics at Occidental College, and will be going to graduate school for a Developmental Linguistics program.
